Bu politika, OtoKeeper mobil uygulamasını ve otokeeper.com web sitesini (birlikte “OtoKeeper”) kullanırken hangi kişisel verilerin toplandığını, ne amaçla kullanıldığını ve haklarınızı açıklar. OtoKeeper, Kuzey Kıbrıs'ta araç sahipleri ile otomotiv işletmelerini bir araya getiren bir araç yönetim platformudur.

1. Veri sorumlusu ve iletişim

Veri sorumlusu OtoKeeper'dır. Bu politika veya verilerinizle ilgili her konuda bize şu adresten ulaşabilirsiniz: otokeeper@gmail.com

2. Topladığımız veriler

Hesap bilgileri: ad soyad, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası (verirseniz) ve şifreniz (şifre okunamaz biçimde saklanır). Google ile giriş yaparsanız şifre yerine Google hesabınızın adı, e-postası ve profil fotoğrafı alınır.
Araç bilgileri: plaka, şasi numarası, marka, model ve aracınıza ait servis, lastik, sigorta, muayene ve benzeri kayıtlar.
Belgeler ve fotoğraflar: yüklediğiniz ruhsat, ehliyet ve diğer belgelerin fotoğrafları ile bu belgelerden okunan bilgiler; araç, ilan ve işletme fotoğrafları.
İşletme bilgileri: işletme adı, adresi, telefonu, konumu, çalışanları ve işletmenin girdiği servis, teklif ve ödeme kayıtları.
İşletmelerin girdiği müşteri bilgileri: sigorta ve servis işletmeleri, kendi müşterilerine ait ad, telefon, plaka ve (sigorta kayıtlarında) kimlik türü ve numarası gibi bilgileri kayda geçirebilir. Bu bilgilerin doğruluğundan ve müşterinin bilgilendirilmesinden kaydı giren işletme sorumludur.
Paylaştığınız içerikler: ilanlar, kampanyalar, mesajlar, işletme yorumları, geri bildirimler ve gönderdiğiniz videolar.
Konum: konumunuz, harita, navigasyon ve radar uyarıları için cihazınızda kullanılır. Konum sunucularımıza yalnızca siz bir radar veya nokta bildirdiğinizde ya da bir konumu kaydettiğinizde, o noktanın koordinatı olarak kaydedilir. Sürekli konum geçmişiniz tutulmaz.
SOS özelliği: girdiğiniz acil durum numarası ve mesajı yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Mesaj, siz gönder tuşuna bastığınızda WhatsApp üzerinden gönderilir; bize iletilmez.
Cihaz ve kullanım bilgileri: bildirim gönderebilmek için cihaz bildirim kimliği (push token), platform türü (Android, iOS, web), rastgele bir cihaz kimliği ve ziyaret sayıları gibi genel kullanım istatistikleri.

3. Verileri ne için kullanıyoruz

Hesabınızı oluşturmak ve giriş yapmanızı sağlamak,
araç, belge ve servis kayıtlarınızı tutmak ve size göstermek,
sigorta, muayene, belge ve ödeme tarihleri için hatırlatma ve bildirim göndermek,
araç sahipleri ile işletmeleri buluşturmak (servis talepleri, teklifler, mesajlar),
ilanları, kampanyaları ve işletme rehberini yayınlamak,
harita ve radar uyarılarını sunmak,
hataları gidermek, kötüye kullanımı önlemek ve hizmeti geliştirmek.

Verilerinizi satmıyoruz. OtoKeeper'da üçüncü taraf reklam ağı veya reklam amaçlı izleme aracı kullanılmaz.

4. Başkalarının görebildiği bilgiler

Yayınladığınız ilanlar, kampanyalar, işletme profili ve yorumlar diğer kullanıcılara açıktır.
Bir işletme aracınıza servis kaydı girdiğinde veya siz bir işletmeden hizmet talep ettiğinizde, ilgili kayıt ve iletişim bilgileriniz o işletmeyle paylaşılır.
Bildirdiğiniz radar ve noktalar haritada diğer kullanıcılara gösterilir; kimliğiniz gösterilmez.

5. Hizmet sağlayıcılar

OtoKeeper'ı çalıştırmak için aşağıdaki hizmetleri kullanıyoruz. Verileriniz bu sağlayıcıların Kuzey Kıbrıs dışındaki sunucularında işlenebilir.

Supabase: veritabanı, kimlik doğrulama ve dosya depolama.
Google Firebase: web sitesinin barındırılması ve anlık bildirimler (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
Google Haritalar: harita ve konum gösterimi.
Google Cloud Vision ve ML Kit: belge fotoğraflarındaki yazıyı okumak için. Fotoğraf, okuma amacıyla cihazınızda işlenir veya Google Cloud Vision hizmetine gönderilir.

6. Videolar ve YouTube

OtoKeeper'a gönderdiğiniz videolar yönetici onayından sonra, YouTube API Hizmetleri kullanılarak OtoKeeper'ın kendi YouTube kanalına yüklenebilir ve herkese açık hale gelebilir. Video göndererek bunu kabul etmiş olursunuz.

Video yüklemek için OtoKeeper sizin Google veya YouTube hesabınıza erişmez; videolar yalnızca OtoKeeper'ın kendi kanalına yüklenir. YouTube'a yüklenen videolar için YouTube Hizmet Şartları ve Google Gizlilik Politikası da geçerlidir. Yayınlanmış bir videonuzun kaldırılmasını e-postayla isteyebilirsiniz.

Google ile giriş

OtoKeeper'a Google hesabınızla giriş yapmayı seçerseniz, Google'dan yalnızca adınızı, e-posta adresinizi ve profil fotoğrafınızı alırız. Bu bilgileri yalnızca hesabınızı oluşturmak ve sizi tanımak için kullanırız. Google şifrenizi görmeyiz; Google hesabınızdaki e-postalara, kişilere, dosyalara veya başka hiçbir veriye erişmeyiz. Bu bağlantıyı dilediğiniz zaman Google hesabınızın güvenlik ayarlarından kaldırabilirsiniz.

7. Saklama süresi

Verileriniz hesabınız açık olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabınızın silinmesini istediğinizde kişisel verileriniz, yasal olarak saklamak zorunda olduklarımız dışında silinir. Bir işletmenin kendi kayıtlarında tuttuğu servis ve sigorta kayıtları o işletmenin kaydı olarak kalabilir. Aynı şekilde, bir işletme kapansa veya hesabını silse bile aracınıza girdiği servis kayıtları sizin hesabınızda kalır.

8. Haklarınız ve hesap silme

Hakkınızda hangi verileri tuttuğumuzu öğrenmek, yanlış verilerin düzeltilmesini veya verilerinizin ve hesabınızın silinmesini istemek için hesabınıza kayıtlı e-posta adresinden otokeeper@gmail.com adresine yazın. Talebinizi en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız. Araç, belge ve ilanlarınızın çoğunu uygulama içinden kendiniz de düzenleyip silebilirsiniz.

Konum ve bildirim izinlerini cihazınızın ayarlarından dilediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz.

9. Güvenlik

Veriler şifreli bağlantı (HTTPS) üzerinden iletilir ve erişim, kullanıcı rolüne göre sınırlandırılır. Hiçbir sistem tümüyle risksiz değildir; bir güvenlik sorunu fark ederseniz lütfen bize bildirin.

10. Çocuklar

OtoKeeper 18 yaşından küçüklere yönelik değildir ve bilerek 18 yaşından küçüklerden veri toplamaz.

11. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada, yukarıdaki tarihle birlikte yayınlanır.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data is collected when you use the OtoKeeper mobile app and the otokeeper.com website (together, “OtoKeeper”), why it is used, and what your rights are. OtoKeeper is a vehicle management platform that connects vehicle owners and automotive businesses in Northern Cyprus.

1. Data controller and contact

The data controller is OtoKeeper. For anything about this policy or your data, contact us at otokeeper@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

Account details: name, email address, phone number (if you provide it) and your password (stored in unreadable form). If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account name, email and profile photo instead of a password.
Vehicle details: licence plate, chassis number (VIN), make, model, and your vehicle's service, tyre, insurance, inspection and similar records.
Documents and photos: photos of the registration, driving licence and other documents you upload, and the information read from them; vehicle, listing and business photos.
Business details: business name, address, phone, location, employees, and the service, quote and payment records the business enters.
Customer details entered by businesses: insurance and service businesses may record details of their own customers, such as name, phone, plate and (for insurance records) ID type and number. The business entering the record is responsible for its accuracy and for informing its customer.
Content you share: listings, campaigns, messages, business reviews, feedback and videos you submit.
Location: your location is used on your device for the map, navigation and radar alerts. A location is stored on our servers only when you report a radar or point, or save a location, as the coordinates of that point. We do not keep a continuous location history.
SOS feature: the emergency number and message you enter are stored only on your device. The message is sent through WhatsApp when you press send; it is not sent to us.
Device and usage data: a push notification token so we can send notifications, platform type (Android, iOS, web), a random device identifier, and general usage statistics such as visit counts.

3. How we use data

To create your account and let you sign in,
to keep and show your vehicle, document and service records,
to send reminders and notifications for insurance, inspection, document and payment dates,
to connect vehicle owners with businesses (service requests, quotes, messages),
to publish listings, campaigns and the business directory,
to provide the map and radar alerts,
to fix errors, prevent abuse and improve the service.

We do not sell your data. OtoKeeper does not use third-party advertising networks or advertising trackers.

4. What others can see

Listings, campaigns, business profiles and reviews you publish are visible to other users.
When a business adds a service record to your vehicle, or you request a service from a business, the relevant record and your contact details are shared with that business.
Radars and points you report are shown to other users on the map; your identity is not shown.

5. Service providers

We use the following services to run OtoKeeper. Your data may be processed on these providers' servers outside Northern Cyprus.

Supabase: database, authentication and file storage.
Google Firebase: website hosting and push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
Google Maps: map and location display.
Google Cloud Vision and ML Kit: to read the text in document photos. The photo is processed on your device or sent to the Google Cloud Vision service for this purpose.
YouTube API Services: see section 6 below.

6. Videos and YouTube

Videos you submit to OtoKeeper may, after approval by an administrator, be uploaded to OtoKeeper's own YouTube channel using YouTube API Services and become publicly visible. By submitting a video you agree to this.

To upload videos, OtoKeeper does not access your Google or YouTube account; videos are uploaded only to OtoKeeper's own channel. Videos uploaded to YouTube are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can ask us by email to remove a published video of yours.

Sign in with Google

If you choose to sign in to OtoKeeper with your Google account, we receive only your name, email address and profile photo from Google. We use them only to create your account and identify you. We never see your Google password, and we do not access the emails, contacts, files or any other data in your Google account. You can remove this connection at any time in your Google account's security settings.

7. Retention

Your data is kept for as long as your account is open. When you ask for your account to be deleted, your personal data is deleted, except for what we are legally required to keep. Service and insurance records that a business holds in its own records may remain as that business's records. Likewise, if a business closes or deletes its account, the service records it entered for your vehicle remain in your account.

8. Your rights and account deletion

To find out what data we hold about you, to have incorrect data corrected, or to have your data and account deleted, write to otokeeper@gmail.com from the email address registered to your account. We respond within 30 days at the latest. You can also edit and delete most of your vehicles, documents and listings yourself in the app.

You can turn off location and notification permissions at any time in your device settings.

9. Security

Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access is restricted by user role. No system is entirely free of risk; if you notice a security problem, please let us know.

10. Children

OtoKeeper is not intended for anyone under 18 and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with the date shown above.
