Kullanım Şartları

Bu şartlar, OtoKeeper mobil uygulamasının ve otokeeper.com web sitesinin (birlikte “OtoKeeper”) kullanımını düzenler. Hesap oluşturarak veya OtoKeeper'ı kullanarak bu şartları ve Gizlilik Politikası'nı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız OtoKeeper'ı kullanmayın.
1. OtoKeeper nedir
OtoKeeper, araç sahiplerinin araç, belge ve servis kayıtlarını tuttuğu, otomotiv işletmelerinin ise müşterilerine hizmet kaydı girdiği, ilan ve kampanya yayınladığı bir platformdur. OtoKeeper, kullanıcılar ile işletmeler arasındaki alışverişin, servisin veya anlaşmanın tarafı değildir; ilanların, tekliflerin ve verilen hizmetin doğruluğunu veya kalitesini garanti etmez.
2. Hesap
- Hesap açmak için 18 yaşını doldurmuş olmalısınız.
- Verdiğiniz bilgilerin doğru ve güncel olmasından siz sorumlusunuz.
- Hesap kişiseldir. Herkes kendi şifresinden sorumludur; şifre başkalarıyla paylaşılamaz. Hesabınızla yapılan tüm işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz.
- Bir işletmede birden fazla kişi OtoKeeper kullanacaksa, her biri kendi hesabını açmalı ve işletmeye çalışan olarak eklenmelidir.
3. Kullanım kuralları
OtoKeeper'ı kullanırken şunları yapamazsınız:
- yanıltıcı, sahte veya size ait olmayan araç, ilan ya da işletme bilgisi girmek,
- yasalara aykırı, hakaret içeren veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden içerik paylaşmak,
- başkasının kişisel verisini, o kişinin bilgisi olmadan hizmet dışı amaçlarla girmek veya kullanmak,
- sistemi bozmaya, başkasının hesabına veya verisine yetkisiz erişmeye çalışmak,
- bilerek yanlış radar veya nokta bildirmek.
4. İçerikleriniz
Yüklediğiniz ilan, fotoğraf, yorum ve diğer içerikler size aittir. Bunları OtoKeeper'da göstermemiz ve hizmeti sunmak için kullanmamız amacıyla bize izin vermiş olursunuz. Kurallara aykırı içerikleri önceden haber vermeden kaldırabiliriz.
5. İşletmeler ve servis kayıtları
- İşletmeler, girdikleri müşteri ve araç bilgilerinin doğruluğundan ve bu bilgileri girmeye yetkili olmaktan sorumludur. Müşterisini bilgilendirmek işletmenin yükümlülüğüdür.
- Bir işletmenin bir araca girdiği servis, bakım ve benzeri kayıtlar aynı zamanda o aracın geçmişinin parçasıdır. İşletme hesabını veya işletmesini kapatsa, silse ya da OtoKeeper'dan ayrılsa bile bu kayıtlar araç sahibinin hesabında kalır. İşletme, kapanırken bu kayıtların araç sahibinden silinmesini isteyemez.
- Aynı şekilde, araç sahibi hesabını silse bile işletmenin kendi iş kayıtları işletmede kalabilir.
- Kapatılan bir işletme rehberde ve aramalarda gösterilmez.
6. Videolar
OtoKeeper'a gönderdiğiniz videolar önce yönetici tarafından incelenir. Onaylanan videolar OtoKeeper'ın YouTube kanalında herkese açık olarak yayınlanabilir; onaylanmayanlar yayınlanmaz. Video göndererek, videonun size ait olduğunu, içinde görünen kişilerin iznini aldığınızı ve OtoKeeper'ın videoyu yayınlamasına izin verdiğinizi kabul edersiniz. Yayınlanmış bir videonuzun kaldırılmasını dilediğiniz zaman e-postayla isteyebilirsiniz.
7. Harita, radar uyarıları, hatırlatmalar ve SOS
- Radar ve nokta bilgileri kullanıcı bildirimlerine dayanır; eksik, eski veya hatalı olabilir. Trafik kurallarına ve hız sınırlarına uymak her zaman sürücünün sorumluluğundadır.
- Araç kullanırken uygulamayı, dikkatinizi yoldan ayıracak şekilde kullanmayın.
- Sigorta, muayene, belge ve ödeme hatırlatmaları yardımcı amaçlıdır. Bildirimin gelmemesi veya gecikmesi, bu tarihleri takip etme sorumluluğunuzu ortadan kaldırmaz.
- OtoKeeper'ın hesapladığı muayene ve seyrüsefer tarihleri, tahmini ücretler, bakiyeler ve toplamlar bilgi amaçlıdır ve resmi değildir; hata ve eksiklik olabilir. Kesin tarih ve tutarlar için ilgili resmi kurumu (Vergi Dairesi, muayene istasyonu vb.) kontrol etmek ve ödemeleri kendi kayıtlarınızla karşılaştırmak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
- SOS özelliği bir acil çağrı hizmeti değildir; yalnızca sizin belirlediğiniz kişiye WhatsApp mesajı hazırlar. Acil durumda resmi acil yardım numaralarını arayın.
8. Ücretler
OtoKeeper'ın bazı özellikleri, özellikle işletmelere yönelik olanlar, ücretli olabilir veya deneme süresinden sonra ücretli hale gelebilir. Geçerli planlar, fiyatlar ve deneme süreleri uygulamada gösterilir. Fiyat ve plan değişiklikleri önceden duyurulur.
9. Hesabın askıya alınması ve kapatılması
Hesabınızın silinmesini dilediğiniz zaman isteyebilirsiniz (bkz. Gizlilik Politikası). Bu şartları ihlal eden hesapları uyarabilir, kısıtlayabilir veya kapatabiliriz.
10. Sorumluluğun sınırı
OtoKeeper “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmiyoruz. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde; kullanıcıların ve işletmelerin girdiği bilgilerden, aralarındaki işlemlerden, kullanıcı bildirimlerine dayanan uyarılardan ve gelmeyen ya da geciken bildirimlerden doğan zararlardan OtoKeeper sorumlu değildir.
11. Değişiklikler
Bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içinde yeniden onayınız istenir. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır.
12. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu şartlar Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda KKTC mahkemeleri veya kullanıcının yaşadığı ülkenin mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

These terms govern the use of the OtoKeeper mobile app and the otokeeper.com website (together, “OtoKeeper”). By creating an account or using OtoKeeper you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use OtoKeeper.
1. What OtoKeeper is
OtoKeeper is a platform where vehicle owners keep their vehicle, document and service records, and where automotive businesses enter service records for their customers and publish listings and campaigns. OtoKeeper is not a party to any sale, service or agreement between users and businesses, and does not guarantee the accuracy or quality of listings, quotes or services.
2. Account
- You must be at least 18 years old to open an account.
- You are responsible for keeping the information you provide accurate and up to date.
- Your account is personal. Everyone is responsible for their own password; passwords may not be shared with others. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
- If more than one person in a business will use OtoKeeper, each must open their own account and be added to the business as an employee.
3. Rules of use
When using OtoKeeper you may not:
- enter misleading or fake vehicle, listing or business information, or information that is not yours,
- share content that is unlawful, insulting or that infringes the rights of others,
- enter or use another person's personal data without their knowledge for purposes unrelated to the service,
- try to disrupt the system or gain unauthorised access to another account or its data,
- knowingly report false radars or points.
4. Your content
Listings, photos, reviews and other content you upload remain yours. You give us permission to display them in OtoKeeper and use them to provide the service. We may remove content that breaks these rules without prior notice.
5. Businesses and service records
- Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of the customer and vehicle details they enter and for being entitled to enter them. Informing the customer is the business's obligation.
- Service, maintenance and similar records that a business enters for a vehicle are also part of that vehicle's history. These records remain in the vehicle owner's account even if the business closes or deletes its account or business, or leaves OtoKeeper. A closing business cannot require these records to be deleted from the vehicle owner.
- Likewise, if a vehicle owner deletes their account, the business's own work records may remain with the business.
- A closed business is not shown in the directory or in search.
6. Videos
Videos you submit to OtoKeeper are first reviewed by an administrator. Approved videos may be published publicly on OtoKeeper's YouTube channel; videos that are not approved are not published. By submitting a video you confirm that it is yours, that you have the permission of the people who appear in it, and that you allow OtoKeeper to publish it. You can ask us by email at any time to remove a published video of yours.
7. Map, radar alerts, reminders and SOS
- Radar and point information is based on user reports and may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Obeying traffic rules and speed limits is always the driver's responsibility.
- Do not use the app while driving in a way that takes your attention off the road.
- Insurance, inspection, document and payment reminders are an aid. A missing or late notification does not remove your responsibility to keep track of these dates.
- The SOS feature is not an emergency call service; it only prepares a WhatsApp message to the person you chose. In an emergency, call the official emergency numbers.
8. Fees
Some OtoKeeper features, especially those for businesses, may be paid or may become paid after a trial period. Current plans, prices and trial periods are shown in the app. Price and plan changes are announced in advance.
9. Suspension and closure
You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may warn, restrict or close accounts that break these terms.
10. Limitation of liability
OtoKeeper is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or error. To the extent permitted by law, OtoKeeper is not liable for losses arising from information entered by users and businesses, from dealings between them, from alerts based on user reports, or from notifications that are missing or late.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. For significant changes you will be asked to accept them again in the app. The current version is always published on this page.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, and its courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
